Our plant and manufacturing processes are structured and designed to be lean, with the application of consolidated Lean Manufacturing tools, such as on-piece-flow, standard work and smed. We ensure compliance with deadlines through the use of on-time manufacturing management tools such as ERP, CRP and MES, in addition to the effective management of the 5S concepts in the gemba.
Our quality laboratory is equipped with measuring instruments adequately gauged (according to RBC registration) in the appropriate precision to guarantee the quality of the products we produce, according to requirements specified by the customer. VEMAX ensures the quality of the product it produces.
Through an efficient and effective Quality Management System, VEMAX has been ISO9001 and AS9100 certified since 2006.
In search of operational excellence, in 2017 VEMAX underwent an assisted self-assessment by FNQ based on the fundamentals of MEG.
In 2018, we started a journey of excellence where we launched the PEEV (VEMAX operational excellence program). This program is based on the fundamentals of MEG.
